Raise Corsizio's 5,000-attendee safety cap (or paginate past it)

## What & Why The Corsizio import-event, pull-attendees, and scheduler sync paths all stop at a hard 5,000-attendee safety cap (50 pages × 100 per page). Task #1106 surfaced this as a visible warning in the admin UI and as a daily SuperAdmin alert, but the underlying behavior — silently dropping registrants past the cap — still requires engineering intervention every time it fires. For any real high-volume event the academy will need to either (a) raise the cap to a higher safe ceiling, (b) stream attendees past the cap with a separate cursor/job rather than blocking the request, or (c) confirm with Corsizio that paging beyond 50 pages is supported and then drop the guard.

## Done looks like - The hard cap is removed or raised to a value the academy can realistically hit only in pathological cases. - Long imports either complete fully or fall back to a background job that reports completion separately, instead of returning . - The truncation alert from task #1106 is no longer expected to fire under normal use.

## Relevant files - (PAGE_LIMIT = 50 in import-event, pull-attendees, and ) - ()
