The implementation landed and because they share a clean per-recipient rebuild from sessionId + personId. Two other high-value categories called out in the task description were welcome emails and payment receipts — both of which still leave admins re-triggering the upstream workflow when a send fails. Welcome emails currently use which sends via raw and does NOT log to (so they never appear as failed rows in the first place). Payment receipts likely have a similar gap.
