Event Type Playbooks & Wizard Polish

What & Why

The event creation wizard supports 9 event types (League, Private Lesson, Camp, Training Team, Beach 2, Multi-day Training, Open Gym, Rising Stars, NexGen) across 5 structure formats, but there's no type-specific guidance during creation. Admins must know from memory which structure to pick, what staffing defaults apply, whether evaluations make sense, how gym rentals connect, and what Penny Coach integration looks like for each type. This task creates a clear "playbook" system built into the wizard that guides admins through the right configuration for each event type, tightens the gym-to-event linkage, ensures staffing requirements auto-populate correctly, and verifies the post-event flow (attendance → evaluation → Penny) works end-to-end for each type.

Done looks like

When an admin selects an Event Type in Step 2 (Event Details), a contextual info panel appears showing the recommended setup for that type: suggested structure, typical staffing, whether evaluations apply, Penny integration notes, and gym rental guidance
The wizard auto-selects the recommended Event Structure (Step 0) when the admin picks an event type, with the ability to override
Staffing requirements auto-populate based on event type (using existing DEFAULT_STAFFING_BY_EVENT_TYPE) and are visible/editable in the wizard
Gym rental integration in the Schedule step (Step 1) is improved: admins can search and link existing gym rentals to specific event dates, with visual confirmation of the rental slot details (facility, court, time)
The post-event lifecycle checklist for each event type is defined: which types require attendance tracking, which get evaluations, which trigger Penny follow-up recommendations
Event types that should always generate evaluations (Camp, Training Team, Rising Stars, NexGen) have an automatic "Evaluation Required" flag
The review step (Step 4) shows a completeness indicator highlighting any missing recommended items for the chosen event type
