Penny Coach Page Redesign

What & Why

Redesign the Penny Coach page to improve usability and visual balance. The current header is oversized and dominates the page before users reach content. The tab labels ("Chat with Penny", "My Daily Set", "My Development") are unclear — renaming to "Chat", "Journal", and "Homework" better communicates what each section contains. The floating avatar in the bottom-left corner should be repositioned as contextual entry points embedded directly into parent, coach, and athlete profile pages. An optional FAQ section (sourced from the Help Center) should be accessible from Penny's page.

Done looks like

The header is compact: a single horizontal row with small avatar (~40-48px), "Penny" title, one-line subtitle, and tab buttons — all inline. The welcome quote and P.E.N.N.Y. acronym move to the chat empty state instead of the header.
Tabs are renamed: "Chat" (was "Chat with Penny"), "Journal" (the victory/gratitude/reflection entries and streak tracking from "My Daily Set"), "Homework" (the AI-generated daily content: morning quote, skill tip, physical challenge, reflection question — also from "My Daily Set").
The current "My Daily Set" tab content is split into two separate tabs: Journal gets the personal writing fields (Victory of the Day, Work in Progress, SMART Goal Tracker, Evening Gratitude, streak stats), and Homework gets the AI-generated content cards (Morning Quote, Skill Tip, Physical Challenge, Reflection Question) with their generate/refresh buttons.
"My Development" tab remains as-is but is relabeled "Development".
The floating bottom-left avatar is removed from all pages.
Instead, a small inline "Ask Penny" button/link is embedded into: Family Dashboard (parent profile area), Coach Portal (profile/dashboard section), and Athlete Dashboard. Each uses a context-aware label (e.g., "Ask Penny about your child's progress" for parents, "Ask Penny about coaching tips" for coaches, "Ask Penny about your development" for athletes).
A collapsible FAQ section is added to the Penny page (below the tabs or as a 5th quick-access area in the Chat tab empty state), pulling common questions from the Help Center FAQ data.
The header collapses further when chat messages are present (current behavior preserved but starting from the already-compact baseline).

Modifying the Development Profile page content
Changing the Help Center page itself
Adding new AI-generated content types to Homework
