Let families update their own email instead of asking an administrator
## What & Why Task #547 added a fix-it hint that links failed-email families straight to /my-profile so they can correct a stale address. But the email field on /my-profile is currently read-only — the page tells the user "Contact an administrator to change your email address." That makes the hint partially actionable: families can re-enable push themselves, but they still have to escalate to fix the underlying email problem, which is exactly the kind of friction the hint was trying to remove. Letting families self-serve their email update (with the appropriate verification flow) would close the loop end-to-end.
## Done looks like - The email field on /my-profile becomes editable for the signed-in viewer (or a dedicated "Change email" flow is added on the same page) with verification of the new address before it replaces the old one. - The "Contact an administrator to change your email address" copy is removed / replaced with the new flow. - Existing administrator-driven email change paths still work (fallback for support cases).
## Relevant files - (the read-only email block around line 267-278 today) - The corresponding profile-update API route on the server (search for the endpoint that powers the existing my-profile form submit)
