Season Planning & Calendar View

What & Why

Give admins a visual calendar showing all scheduled events across all 9 event types in a single view. With playbooks and event types in place, planning the upcoming season requires seeing the full picture — when events overlap, where venue conflicts exist, and which weeks are understaffed. This replaces the current list-based event management with a proper planning tool.

Done looks like

• A new "Season Calendar" page accessible from the admin sidebar showing a month-view calendar with all events displayed as colored blocks, color-coded by event type
• Week view and day view toggles for denser scheduling periods
• Each event block shows the event name, time, location, and staffing status (fully staffed / needs coaches)
• Venue conflict detection: when two events are scheduled at the same location with overlapping times, a visual warning indicator appears on both events
• Staffing gap indicators: events missing required coach assignments show a warning badge
• Click an event block to see a quick summary popover with key details and a link to the full event management page
• Date-range navigation with today button, forward/back by month/week
• Filter toggles to show/hide specific event types
• Admin can see the entire season at a glance and identify scheduling problems before they happen

Out of scope

• Drag-and-drop event rescheduling from the calendar (events are edited through the existing event management page)
• Resource/court scheduling within an event
• Public-facing calendar for parents (this is an admin planning tool)
• Integration with external calendar systems (Google Calendar, Outlook)
