Referee Quick Access & Arrival Notifications
What & Why
The current referee experience requires coordinators to manually generate links, copy them, and send them out separately. When a referee arrives at the gym, there's no automatic notification to the coordinator. This task improves the referee flow with: automatic email delivery of access links, a "referee arrived" notification system, a coordinator notification email setting (default in league settings, overridable per session), and QR codes for each court so referees can scan and go.Done looks like
- When a coordinator generates a referee access link and the referee has an email, the link is automatically emailed to them (no more copying and texting)
- Leagues have a field in settings that persists across sessions
- The coordinator page has an override field in the Referee Access Links section to change the notification email for the current session
- When a referee clicks "Enter Referee Page" on their access screen, an email is sent to the coordinator notification email saying "[Referee Name] has checked in for Court [X] — [League Name], [Session Day]"
- Each court's active access link section shows a QR code that can be printed or shown on screen; scanning it takes the referee directly to the access page
- The existing referee data entry flow (scoring, attendance verification, change requests) is unchanged
Out of scope
- Push notifications or SMS (email only for now)
- Referee scheduling or shift management
- Changes to the referee console scoring interface
- Referee self-registration or account creation
