Referee Tool Identity Verification & Production Deploy

What & Why

The referee scoring tool needs a simple identity verification step so that when a referee scans their QR code, the system confirms they are the correct person before granting access to enter scores. Currently, anyone with the QR code link can access the referee console with no verification. Adding a quick "pick your phone number from 3 options" challenge ensures the right referee is using the link. Additionally, the app must be confirmed deployed to production (not just dev) so referees can access it on game day.

Done looks like

Referee scans QR code on their phone and lands on the access page
Before entering the scoring console, they see a simple verification challenge: "Select your phone number" showing 3 phone number options (their real one plus 2 random decoys). Only the correct choice proceeds
On successful verification, the referee enters the scoring console for their assigned court with the correct games from the schedule already loaded
The flow is streamlined and mobile-friendly: Scan QR → Verify identity → See games → Enter scores → Finalize → Submit
Timer, attendance tracking, change requests, and all existing referee console features continue working as before
The application is deployed to production so referees access the live site (elitevolleyball.training), not just the dev environment

Out of scope

Changing how QR codes or access links are generated on the coordinator side (that system already works well)
Overhauling the entire referee console UI (just adding the verification gate)
Changing the schedule/assignment system itself
Adding new referee features beyond the verification step
